Summer Fun

Kai has grown up so much this summer. He is at such a fun age and he wants to do everything that Carson and Annie do. When Carson was taking his shirt off at swim lessons Kai tried to take his off too. Since Annie loves Hello Kitty and Dora, Kai loves Hello Kitty and Dora. A few weeks ago we were at Target and Kai saw a towel with Hello Kitty on it. He ran up to the towel, said "oh Hello Kitty" and gave the towel a hug. He has such a playful personality and loves to laugh and play.

Since Carson loves Star Wars, Kai does too.

We went to Cowabunga Bay and loved it. Kai went down most of the slides with Carson and Todd.

While Annie and I played with the tubes. Annie is finally starting to love the water more. She did awesome at swim lessons this summer.

Annie has grown up so much this summer too. She is always saying funny things. She keeps saying to me, "mommy, I love you more than a pickle". I have no clue where she got that from.

Carson decided to turn himself into a robot with the packaging from Annie's bike.

Carson has had a busy summer. He went to summer camp and met his first girlfriend. One day she called him five times. I'm not ready for that stage yet. Carson is a little fish and did awesome at swim lessons and he loved his first time at Lagoon.

Our kids have done lots of this during the summer. Playing in our backyard and getting dirty is one of their favorite things.

I realized two things this summer. I forgot to take pictures of almost everything we did and most days I wish my kids weren't going back to school.
