Not the best picture of these two, but this blonde cutie with Carson is his friend Abby and he is in l-o-v-e with her. It is soooo cute. When I was pregnant and tired with Kai, Carson went through A Little Mermaid watching stage. At the end of the movie Ariel and Eric get married (hope I didn't ruin the ending for anyone) and Carson became very interested in marriage after watching it so much. He decided that he wanted to get married in the temple to Abby and he wanted big flowers at the wedding, not the small ones. Fast forward about six months. Todd went to get Carson from primary and his teacher said Carson was having a rough day because they were talking about marriage and he was telling Abby that he wanted to marry her and she was not having it. We asked Carson about it and he said "I want to marry Abby because I love her sooo much". A few days after that I was talking to Abby's mom while Carson and Abby were talking and we overheard Carson say "Abby I'm friends with....( he started nameing his friends), but you are my best friend and I love you and I want to marry you". Abby's mom suggested maybe they just start out with a date when they are 16. Abby thought that was a good idea. Turns out she's just not ready to make such a big commitment. Smart girl, four is a little young. Carson told Abby that they'll go on a plane for their first date and she was all for it. Looks like babysteps are the way to this girls heart.

That is the best story! What a cute and romantic little boy! But too bad Carson doesn't get to choose who he is going to marry. An arrangement was set in place when we found out we were having a girl! Carson and Hallie Lofgren.
How funny I was wondering if that was still his plan. Isaac was playing with an old cell phone the other day and I heard him tell Sam he was talking to Carson.
